I would have to say HECK NO.

The 8800 alone needs about 250W to run well.

I would suggest getting a 600+ watt PSU at least. If you plan on SLI spring for a 1000W

you have to consider all the other things being powered (fans etc.)

Just an added note, be sure to keep an eye on temperature. the 8800s run very hot and I would imagine they are capable of a lot of damage to your entire system. Check for good airflow in your case at the very least.

420W PSU is fairly lots pushing it. i'd a minimum of decide for 500W, yet determine you purchase a high quality unit, not purely a low-priced one that is 'rated' for that wattage, yet would or won't be certainly be cable of imparting it at a solid voltage. if i became into you, i'd choose corsair hx620 which could be got here across for a lifelike value pondering what you have already spent. additionally, i observe you have opted for water cooling, which often i'd say is super, yet im assuming it rather is been accomplished for quietness, not remarkable overclocking (in case you have been after overclocking you maximum probable would have opted for q6600) have you ever seen getting an outstanding and quiet HSF for it instead for lots greater low fee (additionally frequently greater useful overall performance than backside end water cooling kits) i will in my view propose the Noctua U12P, or perhaps the 90mm version. this is fairly quiet, and silent with the provided adapters. additionally provide remarkable cooling. additionally, i'd evaluate getting a particularly greater useful snap shots card (in line with possibility a 9600GT) for something interior the destiny, because of the fact the 9500 rather is an uncomplicated kind. 500Gb isn't that lots area at recent, yet whilst your not storing movies, then would desire to be sufficient. additionally i'd get 1066 velocity DDR2 ram instead of 800, because of the fact the fee distinction is barely approximately $10.

You should be just fine. Though it really depends on the quality of the power supply.

Here is a link to a good calculator that allows you to input the configuration you have and they will give you the suggested PS wattage.

Probably OK, but I would go for a 550W P/S just to be safe.
They are only about $20. to $30. (check at http://www.pricewatch.com )
