Quite a bit, as long as I am not in public. I also don't like it when its more than just air. The relief of gas pressure is a lot when I break wind.
If I had wind right now, I would be breaking it.

Well sometimes it does relieve pressure and that can be satisfying but of course you may have to bear the shame which may be embarrassing.
