I was googling Cascada the singer and I cant tell if this is her or not. It doesn't look like her but I dont know for sure. Did she go to the mtv VMA's? Who is this? please tell me or else I'll go insane...

It does look like her but don't hold me to that! I'm not completely sure but I think it is her. Good luck in trying to figure it out!
