Yes,,, I have been in situations, such as at work being chewed out by a boss and it would be most beneficial t me to not say anything..and would clinch my hands so bad without even realizing that I had clinch so hard my nails had broken the skin.

No, I have this thing were I bite my nails constantly, my fingers hurt right now cause I bit them too short. I don't think typing is helping.
But I have clenched with my fingers!

Sometimes.... although if you do it too tight, you get these weird little marks in your palms..... (you know, not that it's happened to me, or anything...)
