Take a picture of Floor and take to paint retailer, they can't match it exactly with a photo but they can get as close as possible, If you wan't it to be exact, you need to break out a 1" chip.

You will need to bring a 1" chip into your paint retailer to color match it. Pick an obscure spot, in a corner or under the stairs and try to get the paint sample off the concrete. You may have to use a chisel. If that doesn't work, you can bring in color chips and try to match it. Most paint centers have these for free. With luck the paint is a standard color and all will be well.

Porch and floor paint comes in light gray or battleship gray (darker). If the basement is dark u might get away with spot painting, If the existing floor is shiny, it is oil base, If it is flat, it is latex. Otherwise you may have to have a color mixed.
