There is a lot of disagreement on this topic among the experts. Some say it's safe to have a cup or two of coffee, but there is at least one study which showed that pregnancy rates were reduced with even one cup of coffee a day. It really depends on how much you are willing to do, based on how desperately you want to get pregnant. If you're just starting out and aren't in a big rush, stick with just one cup a day. But if you want to be certain you aren't doing anything that can effect your fertility, then cut out all caffeine because, although not conclusive, it may have an effect. Personally, when I was trying to conceive, I avoided everything that even had a potential of making it more difficult to conceive.

One cup of coffee is okay but that is assuming that you have a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and a lot of water. I don't know what a milo is. If you are having TROUBLE conceiving I'd cut both out until you actually do.

Are you male or female?

Drinking coffee helps male fertility.

As far as females, I don't think it would either hurt or harm conception.

Supposedly dairy fat helps women conceive....new studies.
