Wow, 6'5 and 17 ppg as a freshman. Just be sure to do well on your schoolwork, otherwise you might not make it into a big-time school. Don't make your school decision quite yet; if you're only a freshman you may start getting more scholarship offers in the years to come. When you're ready to make a decision, why don't you tour the campuses you're interested in. Talk to the coaches. See which school you like the best.

Depends on what your goals are. Assuming you want the best shot for the pros and a quick starting job in a GREAT system and you listen and follow what the coaches say, I would go to UCLA. I think Collison will leave after next year. You will get to work out with him for 1 year. Coach Howland is a SOLID fundamentals coach and will TEACH you all of the important characteristics on being a LONG TERM PRO (like defense, what it means to be a point guard and learning to run the break to perfection). You will get TV exposure in both situations. Anyway, wouldn't you want your friends and family watch you live at UCLA?

Do what's best for you. If you like being out of the state you can go to Florida or if you like home cookin' you can head to Cal. Try and visit both schools and look at the atmosphere and how you feel. I believe both schools can show some interest in you because those are good numbers. I think that it may boil down to playing time. Which team is on the upswing right now. The best decison is to go where your heart is.

You've got alot of time to think about it if you're a freshman. Don't rush to any decisions. What might be right for you now, might not be right for you in a couple of years. If you are a big time recuit ( like it sounds like you will be) and can go basically anywhere you want, you may need to decide if you would like to stay somewhat close to home. But the bottom line is, you need to decide who you are, what you want to do, and what is important to you. Don't let your head get too big, and you will know what to do when the time is right if you have given it the proper thought.

California is so plenty extra cosmopolitan and diverse and tolerant. yet we've awful public transportation different than interior the huge cities (l. a., San Diego, San Francisco). The climate is surprising, it is the main suitable element. l. a. is often whilst in comparison with ny. it particularly is relating to a similar length, i assume, whether it particularly is extra opened up. in certainty it in simple terms is going on and on. i hit upon it depressing whilst i'm down there. I stay close to San Francisco and that i like it so plenty extra perfect. Florida has one or 2 massive cities that probable are comparable in terms of variety and tolerance. Public transportation is probable relating to a similar. all over the U. S. public transportation is in simple terms poor, different than in massive cities the place it is sensible. ny city probable does it extra perfect than everywhere interior the U. S.. For me, Florida's situation is that it particularly is warm and muggy and humid all summer season. It gets warm in California whether it particularly is no longer almost so humid so the warmth is so plenty extra soft.

Actually Memphis is nationally known for producing point guards. That's why Derrick Rose just signed with them-1 and done. Coach Cal has NBA coaching on his resume. NBA scouts are always at the shoot arounds and Larry Brown is there frequently.

UCLA man. It kicks ***. I went there on a football scholarship and I love the school. It's in a great area, you'll get to see LA, and it's the best school in the world.
