I was a regular employee had no authority there but another employee said i made her work off the clock how could i do that ? Me and her didnt get along good she had been there not even a month calling in not following the work rules and as for me 6 months there called in 2 days and was always helping out when they needed someone to stay there and believed her more !! So how do i state the reason i lost my job ?

If your a union member call them if you didn't do anything wrong go to the union board file wrongful termination call the labor board tell them what happened then you might be able to get you job back
