Both Omaha and Lincoln have a few "gay" clubs, I don't know about swingers though. There's 9 gay clubs in Omaha and 2 in Lincoln to my knowldege. Looks like there is ONE swingers club in Omaha as well, called DTO. You'd have to check out some of the source links that I added might have more information.
