whenever i lay down for an hour or two and when i get up to go to the restroom or something like all the blood rushes to my head or something and i feel very dizzy and sometimes i can barly stand up and i have blurred vision for about 5 seconds. it all lasts about 15 seconds but it freaks me out. anyone know what it is or is it normal?(im guessing not) and how to stop it from happening.

You could have blood pressure problems. Your blood pressure will drop when you sit up or stand up. Consult your doctor about it. He can either find out if this is a big problem or just tell you to relax before standing up and to do it slowly. If you do have blood pressure problems medicine can help along with eating healthy.
I work in a dialysis unit and I deal with this problem with my patients daily!

Normal? Of course it is not normal. You could be diabetic or there could possibly be something more life threatening developing. But, I would like to make a suggestion that you go to see your physician immediately and let her/him make the diagnosis instead of Yahoo Answers. If you would not feel comfortable in telling them what you are experiencing then please print your question and present it to them. Hurry! Go now! You don't have too much time to waste. You never know what might be growing inside of you.

It's completely normal, it is literally your blood moving in your body rapidly. Don't worry.
However, watch the blood pressure.

it's not normal, your ciruculation is shown to be poor.
Do not take fluid before sleeping.
wear a headband when you sleep, but it will take a while for it to start working (headband will have to be snug or tight, only wear it when you sleep; this will keep the circulation more stable)
no smoking no alcohol.

you are dehydrated- go drink some water. it's called orthostatic hypotension- you're blood pressure drops when you stand up. until you finish that water, change positions slowly- laying, to sitting up, sitting with feet on floor, then get up.
now go drink up!
