What is a team rebound?

well,, another person actually got this answer correct, but it's when the ball goes out of bounds when no one can rebound the shot... wether it is an airball goes off the top of the back board, hits the shot clock or just ricoches to the other end of the court it is considered a team rebound... look at the box score sometimes..team rebounds are usaully between 4-8...

Team rebounds are credited to a team that gains possession of the ball after any missed shot that is not cleared by a single player because it was deflected out of bounds. A team rebound is never credited to any player.

for some reason i thought team rebounds were the total boards of all the players combined on the team.

Its where all of the team grabs the rebound at the same time and then they dog pile on eachother because they won the superbowl! Yeah BOIIII

i think it i when one teammate slaps the ball to aother teamnate in an attempt to rebound
