Boston Ballet dancers belong to the American Guild of Musical Artists union, so you can read their contract here:

Will you be attending Boston Ballet's summer intensive this summer? If not, may I gently suggest that there's not much point asking these kinds of questions? Only the top 1% of advanced ballet students get paid positions in ANY ballet company, and that includes the non-union companies with lower pay and shorter contracts. The chances of getting a paid position with one of the top ballet companies are even slimmer.

I don't want to sound cruel, but even advanced ballet dancers must always have back-up plans, so it's not a real good idea to look at the pay scale for one of the top paid companies and get stars in your eyes. You're actually better off planning your future around a very small company and then being delighted if you happen to hit the big time.

ummm, i would ask someone that goes there, or go to boston ballet's site. i know a person that went there for summer, but i don't know any full timers. sorry
