You need to contact the county in which the marriage took place, if you dont know the county, contact the state in which they were married. All marriage, divorce, birth and death records are normally held in the county courthouse or within the state capital, depending on the state.

If you know the city or place or county the marriage took place in you can more then likely contact them for the info on this as long as you have a date and names of the people who married. Good luck to you! This may take some time and a little money but i think you can find out.
