most of the issues in that movie are going away, like racism, i think people are getting the message through their head that every one is equall. but aids and drug use is still a big thing.

No sensitivity towards cripples. Yes, it's still around.
Mothers being sluts "for" their children. Always has, and always will.
People hating on the veterans. That is wrong. But people still do it. And it is not right, especially when they've been over there, giving all they have, for YOU. And then you go diss them.... NOT COOL.
