Consult any dictionary, and you will see by definition, there is no "perfect" school, or anything else that is "perfect".
The best you can do is visit every school your child may be eligible to attend, talk to the principal, counselors, teachers, other parents, and the children who are attending that school. Assess the advantages and disadvantages of each school, and place your child in the one you think he/she will be most successful.
Continually monitor your child's progress. Listen to your child; observe your child's behavior at home and their interaction with others. Children who are having problems/issues at school will exhibit hostility, frustration, be argumentative. Parents are responsible for their children; not the school administrators, the teachers, the community: You!

You mean your children? Maybe, maybe not. If the schools where you live are as strict and greedy as the ones where I live are, good luck getting your kids into it.
