They are paying taxes. Every single time that give an employee a paycheck they pay state and federal taxes. They are not hiring because there are too many unknowns associated with Obama's social entitlement programs. Why do you think every single major union in the country ask for and was granted a waiver to participating in obamacare? They can't afford it.

I don't see why not give it a chance if it was before you were 18 the records are sealed try it i believe they go back 7yrs and i think it depends on how long ago it was good luck
