My 10 month old son has sleeping difficulties. We're booked in for a 4 night stay at Tresillian at the end of this month. My question is really about wanting to hear about people's experience with doing this, both positive and negative.

My sister had twin boys who had been playing tag team in reference to their sleeping pattern. By the time my sister went in to tresillian she was a walking zombie. When she left the twins were in a routine and slept really well. Go in with your baby, it really is worth it. When I had my son, my sister then helped me when I had some trouble with son's sleeping patterns. They were apparently really supportive and helpful. My sister has nothing but praise for Tresillian.

the only possible negative i can think of is the strictness of Tresillian routines and methods, (strictness of times, like you have to put the baby down to sleep/nap at a particular time etc. nothing too major) but that is probably necessary for some babies. i think the positives outweigh the negatives. i haven't been myself, but have heard of several people doing it and it has saved their lives/sanity/sleep! i hope it will work out for you too, good luck!

I personally haven't used Tresillian, but a friend has used their phone service and has nothing but praise for them. They know all there is about sleep. Nothing is is too big or too small and they are honest, caring and make you feel empowered. Good luck.
