Why make the women suffer on a hot, summer day?!

It's definirely not immoral for women to go topless, or nude, at the beach, in a pool or other appropriate place for simple nudity. Unfortunately, in many places within our society it's still illegal for us to bare our boobs in public, but that's slowly changing. Here in NY, where I live, it's legal for a girl to be topless anyplace a guy can be. The result is that more women are going topless at "regular" beaches and even lying out topless to catch some sun in certain parks.
It's a slow change, but it is happenning.
I go to the nude beach here so being topless isn't an issue for me, but many girls who would never have thought of taking off their top in public are now doing so at clothed beaches.

Only in North America.
In Spain women go topless and sometimes even bottomless at the beach, and no one cares. Men can do the same, but not very many do. It was kinda surprising for me the first time I went there, but I'd always thought it was kinda stupid to force women to hide their chests when men didnt have to, so I wasnt shocked.

Reason women can not go topless is just because of men. Men are sexually aroused by breast. If women go topless men will feel uncomfortable. Since they can not control themselves women can not go topless. It is a man law. Men will say your teasing them which is bull crap.

Take it from a guy, it's because us men are pigs, lol, If woman were going around topless do you know how many accidents we'd be getting into checking them out, god we'd be driving our cars through store windows, lol. And that is the honest to god truth.

Do you really think that a tiny piece of fabric that is the top of a bathing suit makes women suffer? Frankly, I'd rather see a tiny piece of fabric that really makes most women look a thousand times better than what a lot of women look like. (Gag me with a spoon)
