Not healthy. Look at the box for 1 pop tart alone. The sugar content is pretty high. Also pay attention to your calorie content for a serving of pop tarts and add those and the other ones you are eating. Just for breakfast alone you are eating a high sugar/calorie in the morning. Also, how much do you eat daily? You really need to take these things into consideration.

not only is it unhealthy, it is a ridiculously expensive and bad eating habit.
I love pop tarts, but if you are craving the strawberry so much, why don't you tone it down a little by eating one for breakfast and chase it down with a giant glass of strawberry flavored milk..(strawberry nesquick powder that you mix in milk) Then at least you get a little bit of nutrients from the milk. All of that sugar is bad for your teeth and bad for your body. I only suggest the strawberry milk chaser to help ween you off of eating so many every morning.
Eventually you should start eating healthier. Maybe wheat toast with strawberry jam or even try to balance it out by eating a healthy bowl of "healthy cereal" and then have the pop tart as a treat only after your cereal and toast is finished.
You still get your sugar craving fix, you get healthier stuff in your body and you get full!

To answer question:
1. Walk to bathroom.
2. turn your back to mirror.
3. look over shoulder at mirror.
4. exclaim 'D*** My A*** is getting huge!'
5. return to kitchen and read back of Pop Tarts box.
6. realize you cannot pronounce, let alone have a clue what 99% of the ingredients are.
7. post a question on yahoo answers asking what Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Vitamin B6 is?

That all depends on what else you are eating in addition to the 10 pop tarts, as well as how much exercise you get, and of course, your cholesterol levels, your weight, your age, your medical history including family history of illness and disease. I'm guessing, however, that this question is a joke.
