I think they just made this thing for people who answer a lot of questions and are in a high level. It's probably so they get recognized for helping a lot of people out.

you know what. i was wondering the same thing. i answerd a questiion and i saw a huge orange sign under my ppicture. weried. mabye its ppl who anwer lots of questions and come on everday or something?
