I was told by my Fertility doctor that missionary style is the best because there is less chance the sperm will leak out, and your cervix is positioned better so the sperm have better access. I hope this helps. I am sure that any position is a good position, but if you are having problems getting pregnant, you will try anything. I know I've been there. Good luck!

Don't worry. I have heard of this. You are not crazy! From what I know the best position is female on bottom and man on top with womans legs up on man's shoulders. Relax, and really don't think about it. Your time will come. Good luck!

I've never heard of the position making a difference but i guess one that gives the little swimmers the best flow of gravity to where they need to go? and you know how a lot of girls think douching will keep them from getting pregnant, well it's actually the opposite, it forces the sperm further inside you. hope this helps, and much luck to you.

well, i don't think it makes a huge differance, but ones with deep penetration are supposed to be better, and its suggested that you raise your hips afterwards for a while. Some people say rear-entry is better with a tipped uterus.
When my wife and I were ttc, we used her lying on her stomach, me on top, and she got pregnant in 3 months both times, which is fairly quick. Kind of too quick really. I wouldn't have minded a few more months of trying.

lol. sorry. i thought this was a funny question. any position works as long as the penis is in the vagina and he cums inside you.
try vitamins...your hormonal levels may be stopping you from getting pregnant. make sure your'e happy, healthy, and really in love...then you should have absolutely no problem!

men on top is the best position for conceving...i think u better see ur doctor as well and have some other advices ...

Doctor told me to do missionary or doggy. (obviously with more medical terms) But she said that both of these ways allow the penis to get the deepest and therefore the sperm have less distance to travel on their own!!
