This is how I solve it:

(1.70)*(0.110)/(1)(29.8)=.0062751678

(32.066)*(8 atoms)*(.0062751678)=1.609756245

the formula is delta T = Kf m (where m is molality)

You have the Kf and the delta T. Solve for the molality

But the molality is moles per Kg. of CCl4. You have 145 grams of CCl4

So set up a ratio and you will get moles of S8 required for the 145 gr. Now convert the moles of S8 to grams and you are done
