okay, I am in California right now. I'm flying over to DC for a trip soon. i have a Swiss army knife with a 1.5 inch and a 3 inch blade. my first question is can a 15 1/2 year old male legally have possession of a knife? My second question is if i had the knife and hid it in my luggage, would the confiscate it?

the knife is not to hurt someone, its my utility tool. its got my bottle opener, scissors, can opener, cork screw and more.
