How could an actor make themselves so skinny like that? Isn't that unsafe? Was that just trick photography?

So, yes, apparently he did make himself that skinny.

Yes he did, and he made himself sick by starving himself. He went from Batman to Stickman.

yes he did. and he got very sick because of it. he starved himself nearly to death.
