CLAUDIO: Thus answer I in name of Bendick,
But hear these ill news with the ears of Claudio.
'Tis certain so; -- the prince woos for himself.
Friendship is constant in all other things
Save in the office and affairs of love:
Therefore, all hearts in love use their own tongues:
Let every eye negotiate for itself,
And trust no agent: for beauty is a witch,
Against whose charms faith melteth into blood.
This is an accident of hourly proof,
Which I mistrusted not: farewell, therefore, Hero!

Hmmm...this is a little tricky. We need some context. Bear the following things in mind:

1) Claudio loves Hero.
2) Claudio confessed his love to Don Pedro ("the prince")
3) Everyone is in disguise at a masquerade party.
4) Don Pedro dances with Hero at the party, and then leaves with her. Claudio sees this.
5) Don John (the villain) approaches Claudio, PRETENDS to mistake Claudio for Benedick, and tells Claudio that Don Pedro is actually wooing Hero for himself.

Clear so far?

So, in this little speech, what we see is that Claudio, a young man in love, is a little too quick to believe that Don Pedro, who is truly his friend and benefactor, has betrayed him. Immediately after this speech, of course, Don Pedro comes back in with Hero, and tells Claudio that, as he had promised, he wooed Hero on Claudio's behalf. The match is made between Claudio and Hero, and Claudio is left looking a little bit silly for mistrusting his good friend.

Claudio was pretending to be Bendick. The prince knows that Claudio wants to court Hero. So, the prince, pretending to be Claudio, tries to woo Hero (for Claudio)
I don't remember the exact act or scene. If you go to Spark notes.com, go to NoFearShakespear
They have every page in the original written form, and then parallel to it, the script written in actual everyday english.
Hope this helped!
