Everything, try to work on your coordination, and lateral movement.

Work your entire body, there is no benefit in working on a single aspect of it. A total body workout will benefit your entire game, but the most important thing at your age is continue to develop your basics. Work on your jumpshot and your ability to drive to the basket, or if your a bigger person, your post skills.

funny...yes...legs are a huge part of basketball...but to stay fit, it is the most important to work out your abs... that is the center of your body and is the core of all the muscle... that protects your stomach and also increase your jumping ability... dont believe me...just try to sit-ups...it really works...its great for endurance too..who will the coach put in?...the ones that last longer in the game?...or the ones that can jump higher

Work you legs. The faster you can get up and down the court will make a difference.. It also helps with your rebounding! Good luck!

Lift weights. Squats, Deadlifts, and plyometrics are the best.

well...technically, its the skill/talent, but what helps is obviously the legs, to run, and the arm muscle to shoot.
