make sure to Remove the laces and any inserts from the shoes.
Throw the laces in with a load of laundry, and then let them air-dry.
:Mix up a solution of mild soap and water (dishwashing soap or Ivory soap flakes work well). If the shoes are very heavily soiled, you might want to buy a cleaner specifically designed for athletic shoes instead. Check the bottle's label to make sure it is appropriate for all the materials--whether nylon, leather, vinyl, canvas or rubber--your shoes are made of.
With a soft-bristle brush and the soapy water or shoe cleaner, clean the inserts and the shoes, inside and out. Then use clean water to rinse the shoes and the inserts well with clean water.
Wipe off the excess moisture with paper towels.
With paper towels, stuff the shoes to soak up moisture and preserve their shape.
Place the shoes and the inserts on a waterproof surface in a well-ventilated room to dry, replacing the paper towels if necessary as they become soaked through.
Put the laces and the inserts back into the shoes once all the parts are completely dry.
Sprinkle a bit of baking soda inside the shoes to keep them smelling fresh.
Allowing your shoes to dry out thoroughly between wearings will lengthen their life considerably.

No I would never wash Jordan's in a washer you only want to hand wash them with the shoe cleaner off of Nike. They are expensive and you don't want to ruin them.

There should be no problem with washing them in the machine, but don't dry them in dryer. The fastest way to dry shoes is to place them in front of the refrigerator. The fan blows warm air out the bottom and it works well.

I really would not was a pair a jordans in the washer, you will be upset at the drastic change in the leather/suede whatever materail you have.
If they are leather get a wash cloth.. (sounds crazy but it works) laundry soap and wash the leather and then for the soles use an old tooth brush. should look a lot better.
good luck

Yes, but air dry them. I know a friend of mine always washed leather tennis shoes in the washer.

Yes, of course you can. Put them in some sort of sack, and then take the laces out when they're done, and put them outside to dry. But make sure that the air can get inside too. Don't put 'em in the Dryer.
Good Luck!

place them in an old pillowcase and knot the end. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Leave to air dry outside. Don't use fabric softener. Should be ok.
