CHEAPEST- aeropostale BUT it's the worst out of all three of them. but they always have a sale and their clothes are very cheap. and they aren't that bad.
BEST- abercrombie. their clothes are definitely the best, the cutest, but the most expensive out of all of them. i love that store
HOLLISTER is cheaper than abercrombie but their sizes run smaller because it's made for middle school and high school while abercrombie is made for college, high school, and young adult. but their style is the same thing
AMERICAN EAGLE is cheaper than hollister and abercrombie. their stuff goes on sale like 2 weeks after it is let out haha for a lot of their items and their stuff is really cute. it is the SECOND CHEAPEST out of all of the stores you named. and their clothes are definitely better than aeropostale
you get what you pay for hahah

Abercrombie is obviously the best. It's kind of expensive for most people but worth it. It used to be cheaper but the price got raised after they made Hollister so it could remain a "life-style brand"
Hollister is a reasonable price too. It's owned by the same company as Abercrombie so their designs are almost the same they just come out after the Abercrombie ones so people think it's like a remake.
Amercan Eagle stuff can be REALLY cheap on sale sometimes as in like three dollars for a shirt. Their clothes is cute too.
Personally I don't like Aeropostale. I got like three polos from there and they died within two months. They have cute underwear though.

Aeropostale is cheapest.
And Abercrombie is the best. Its the most expensive but good material.
Its Abercrombie, Hollister(abercrombie made hollister), american eagle, then aeropostale.

aeropostale is cheap. then american eagle, hollister then abercrombie. am eagle isn't as colorful as hollister and abercrombie but its not bad. abercrombie is kinda expensive. aeropostale kinda sucks to me. i like hollister the best and their prices arent bad. whats better is up to you :] have fun!

Aeropostale is the cheapest, but the clothes are really large-ush. A&F has really skinny clothes, so it really depends on your size. AE is really good too. Hollister has good jeans.

Aero is obviously the cheapest, but Hollister has much better quality clothing and is actually almost as cheap. I would go with Hollister, but pick whatever suits your personal style!
