can i unlock my sky card?

If you were able to - and I wouldn't know how anyway - and you were able to use it today, tomorrow you may not be able to because they change the transmission algorithms a lot to stop people being able to do this.
I suggest that you pay like everyone else - or not if you think that they are too expensive, like me!
