Craziness, it's really strange. It's another cyber-class system created by Yahoo to inspire those on the bottom to increase usage to "earn" these "important" titles.
Guess the Levels and Points system wasn't enough!

If you put your cursor over the orange box it says "is knowledgeable in a particular area" (or something like that). If you put the cursor over the person's name it shows what category you are supposed to be good at. I think that it means you answer a lot of questions in that category. Does this mean you are knowledgeable? hmmm.....

I don't know, but I'm just waiting for people to ask for donations... always happens when you contribute to a charity (and, hey, I'm not getting paid for this!)
