my baby is 3 years old and l looking for somebody that can draw her 15 years from now because l'm sick and don't have much time to live and see her later.thank you for your help.

That's just sad.
Look up "age progression software" online. You might be able to find someone in your local area who helps look for "lost children" who has/uses the software to do those drawings you always see of chldren who have gone missing.
