NATO...What the hell is that. The US is the only really effective member of that once Aguste organization. The UN has let it go down the drain.
The Us is the only troops in Afghanistan that is doing any fighting. I think Bush jumped the gun going into Iraq & Afgahanistan. He should have waited for more support troops from Nato.
But that too is a joke, none of them wanted to come to the party, or pay their share. Franch jumped out of Nato back in the 60's, and Germany & Russia stuck their heads in the ground.
But you have to admit, we haven't been hit like 9-11 since we went there. The hard thing now iwill be getting out and leaving the good guys in control. These people are fence jumpers and that prospect doesn't look to good either.
It will end up we either stay there ilke South Korea or we get out like Vietnam.

Because the UN Security Council has only authorized its member states to go into Iraq not NATO forces. They did authorize NATO forces to go into Afghanistan.

the US and uk get all the credit because of the fact they devote much extra forces than the different NATO member in each NATO operation holly im no longer announcing Canada isn't doing their section, i'm purely announcing why the US and uk are extra credited, the US has 50,000 troops in afghanistan, the united kingdom has around 8,000

Because they support us in Afghanistan. They're willing to fight the people who slaughtered almost 3000 Americans on 9-11.
But they see Iraq for what it is- a slaughterhouse that George Bush built for no good reason at all.

Because Iraq is Bush's war. The world or NATO did not agree to go there. Bush should go fight it himself...

they didnt vote to go to war in iraq, bush decided to create that mess all by himself. He bullied and shamed some other countries into helping out after his handlers saw what a mess it is. Besides, osamabinladin isnt in iraq and probably never was.
