Outward appearances often are indicatives of their self esteem. As someone changes appearance so does their opinion of themselves, so their ideology might not change but their expression of those thoughts might change in frequency or intensity.

I dont think everyone that changes their looks also change their personality, but then there is alot that do. It all depends on the person.

Yes, many factors can contribute to it. Like in the Princess Diaries, when she was ugly she acted clumsy but she became less clumsy and shy when she got prettier...

No it really depends on the person caus i'm no pritty person and i'm always kind to people who are kind back to me so it just really depends.
