i used to have that problem then i bought a rack with little hooks and put it inside my front door now i always know where the keys are but i can never find my shoes. I have spent so many hours looking for keys partly because my youngest was obsessed with keys and would steal them. hehe good luck with your search

Look in your right hand... Now put your keys in your right hand and check the left one... Put you keys back into the left hand and check your right... Repeat these steps until you find your keys!!!

check your ignition, or think back to where you had them last, otherwise clean your place up and friggin look for them
