where to learn IT?

Lots of places to learn IT from, but choose those that are recognized by the local companies, the best are polytechnics. There are 5 Polys in Singapore:
1) Singapore Poly
2) Ngee Ann Poly
3) Nayang Poly
4) Temasek Poly
5) Republic Poly

or you can go to private places to learn like MDIS, hope this helps, cheers

Generally most polytechnics will be able to equip you with the relevant skills.
