I am traveling in Argentina and I have a stopover in Buenos Aires of 4 hours. In this time i need to make my way from the international airport to the domestic airport but I am having trouble understanding the website to book bus transfers. I was hoping someone could offer some suggestions (even other than getting a bus) as it is in May.

Either take the "Manuel Tienda Leon" Shuttle to Aeroparque AR$ 25 (About US$8) or an airport Taxi AR$50 (US$17).

Do not take taxi or other transportation offered by people at the airport, there are not safe.

Enjoy!

Look for the Manuel Tienda Leon stand. It is a reliable and trusted shuttle company that will get you there. I don't know the cost, but it shouldn't be a lot.
Another option is a taxi. Not too expensive and readily available as soon as you step out of Ezeiza.

Or you can take a cab.

The ride can take from 45 minutes to 1+hour, depending on traffic.
