I think there's a store called Torrid that sells Hot Topic sort of clothes in larger sizes. they might be owned by the same company. There's also an online store called Soft Surroundings that has many of its clothes in Womens sizes. La Redoute has some as well, but they only go up to size 22, and Talbots, but they go up to 24 (it was smart of you to include your size, but in case anyone else looks to your question for info, I thought I'd include it). There's also a really expensive store called Marina Rinaldi if you're looking for very expensive things.

Ashley Stewart, Ross stores have some plus size, Torrid (online). I'm sure there are more, but cant think of off the top of my head.
