I had my beunoes aires tetras in a seprate breeding tank full of plants and good water. They were in the for about 5 days now and still no spawnign do they chase each other or anything? and i kno i haver a boy and a girl.

Odds are good the water parameters are off a bit somewhere, maybe hardness, maybe pH. An old adage a breeder once told me that has served me well.... if it's not working change something.

Yes, they will chase around a lot and scatter eggs in the plants as they go. They, like most other egg scatterers are also ravenous egg eaters. Buenos Aires breed best in a small school so if you have only two in the tank that could be the problem.

Cool water sometimes will induce spawning much like with cory catfish. You can try a 50% water change with water about 5-10 degrees F cooler than the tank water and see if that gets them going.
