i heard there can be styles for pigs selling at auction?

if so what's going to be 'in" this summer?

Hogs are like models, the skinnier the better. The other red meat can't have fat any more. My grands do hogs in 4-H and they all look like they have been on diets, long and lean.

I think bacon is 'in' this summer for pigs.
