I've seen girls working at hooters with all kinds of different body types. You don't have to have big boobs, and you don't have to be that pretty. Why you ask? because the uniform and the right hair and make up will trick most guys into thinking you are hot. Guys aren't that picky - you put on the "hot girl" uniform and you're hot.

I work there. The only real requirement is no visible tattoos or piercing except the ears and in shape. You dont have to be able to run a marathon or anything but just be in decent shape. The person who answered above me is lying. Your height doesnt matter, neither does the fact if your college or not. We have 2 girls at our store who are 6 foot. And alot of the girls aren't in school. Just be happy and bubbily. Personality is everything.
oh, and boob size doesn't really matter all that much. It just helps when it comes to tips.

They're looking for attractive women with bubbly personalities. Large mamaries aren't necessary and I've known girls who work there and just stuff.
They also told me it was the worst job ever. The patrons get too grabby and stare too long. The tips are great but other than that they tell me it's not really worth it.

She can look like anything. But if she wants to get good tips she should be attractive and fit in the eyes of the patrons, as that is the name of the game there.
