You're going to have to do better on what you need. How many Females\Males funny-dramatic, Length. Here's a sample of one of the things I wrote in the old days.

.FISHWIFE
(Moving about the stage singing her song.)

I be a fishwife, that be me.
I have fine fish, to sell to thee.

Hey, this be cod, from out the sea,
and this a Salmon from Dundee.
They're fresh as fresh as fresh can be;
they came this morning from the sea.

I be a fishwife, that be me
I have fine fish, to sell to thee.

Oh please do buy a fish from me,
to fry him up and serve with glee.
My man and kiddies will thank thee,
if thou wilt buy a fish from me.

I be a fishwife, that be me.
I have fine fish, to sell to thee.
(FISHWIFE crosses downstage center during song so the MALE and FEMALE can stand and then begin to cross upstage. When they are directly behind her she begins the dialogue.)

FISHWIFE
I have a flea!

(FISHWIFE moves her body as if a flea is crawling on her)

A flea has me.
(The ARISTOCRATS stop, show interest, and cross to each side of FISHWIFE--slightly upstage.)

FEMALE
She has a flea.
MALE
A flea says she.
FISHWIFE
(Jumping)
The flea bit me.
FEMALE
The flea bit she.
FISHWIFE
Upon the knee.
MALE
The flea bit she.
FEMALE
Upon the knee.
FISHWIFE
It stung, it bit, upon my knee.
Oh cann'st thou be of help to me?

MALE
(With a nasty grin.)

Now, when it stung your peasants knee,
Twas it the barb of a bumblebee?

FISHWIFE
It moves, it moves, it moves on me.
An upward journey from my knee.

FEMALE
Ah, upwards toward the apogee.
This so courageous little flea.

(Next three lines are worked as a duet and sung if possible.)
MALE
Upwards toward the apogee.
FEMALE
Upwards toward the apogee.

do something like the three stooges. gender doesn't really matter if you do it right and you can pretty much come up with your own lines.
peace
