I think Rowling is going to give us a big surprise. Neither Snape nor Draco is as evil/bad as we've been lead to believe, and we've already seen that both carry deep hurts. Recall the scenes of Snape's student years at Hogwarts, when he was regularly abused by Harry's father. The reputation of Harry's father has been steadily worsening as the series progresses, and Draco is more than anything the reluctant pawn in Lucius Malfoy's scheme.

i like draco more because i think he may have issues and that they may come up in the last book. he couldn't kill dumbledore at the end of the 6th book. so snape had to do it. I still dont think snape is as evil as he pretends to be, he just has issues he hasn't completely delt with. draco's dad really doesn't seem to care too much for his son, and only uses him as a way to make himself look better. That's probably why draco acts so bad because he gets no attention from his father. snape was teased growing up and i don't think he's really over that by how he treats harry. i think draco has the potential to be more evil than snape but we'll find out in the next book.

I honestly don't have any idea which has the most "evil" in them. Neither one is necessarily evil from what I've seen so far. I mean, Draco put the wand down. He wouldn't have killed Dumbledore. And Snape would have died if he hadn't and I think Dumbledore knew that.
Evil is such a strong word. Voldemort is evil. I think it is possible that he is a sociopath...
I think Draco has more time for redemption though. My pet theory is that he is the character Rowling describes as "getting a reprieve" and not being killed off in 7. I think Snape might have come unhinged at the end of 6, so I'm not sure what to think anymore. I trusted Dumbledore... then he killed Dumbledore... now I'm confused and will have to wait for DH like everyone else :0)

Snape is more evil but a part of me felt sorry for Draco when he was feeling forced in the 6th book and had tears in his eyes, clearly he has a heart somewhere deep down inside while Snape is just all evil. But they are both related, so they definitely have evil in their blood.

I don't think Snape is evil. He is a darn good double agent. Draco, is starting to get scared. In the last book he was really hesitant about things. His mother might have a soft spot but his dad is a jerk. I think somehow Harry might end up saving Draco. Snape might end up saving Harry. Then we will see that there is no "good" or "evil" when dealing with people, just circumstances and reactions.

Betwixt the two for "most evil," Snape, definitely. Just because Draco is mostly still a child and can only resort to simple things and rude behavior, while Snape can actually plot and scheme and whatnot. And Snape because he's very thickly woven into the plot with Draco, not so much.

neither is truly evil. Snape is wicked but I think he's a good guy. He plays both sides nicely. Draco is just petty and childish. He's trying to play an adult game without knowing what the cost is

In book 6 I definitely had more sympathy for Draco and he is not as evil as Snape.. I mean, who knows what Snape did when he first became a death eater, he probably helped torture and kill people..

I am not convinced he is evil, at least not bred in the bone evil. Dumbledore knows (knew?) something that gives him confidence in Snape. I have theories but JK has not finished her work so I don't know if they fit. Keep in mind that 'love will overcome evil' and we know very little about Snape's youth.
As for Draco, he is just a spineless bully who needs his "muscle" to keep him in power. His father's reputation and power is what lets him appear evil. He may eventually become as good as Lucius but I don't think the son will ever exceed the father,

I don't really like either. Snape has more evil because he was an adult Death-Eater. Draco is still just a boy, even though he has shown some really evil tendencies.
