There are many examples of dreams that seemed to predict future events. Some may have been due to coincidence, faulty memory, or an unconscious tying together of known information. A few laboratory studies have been conducted of predictive dreams, as well as clairvoyant and telepathic dreams, but the results were varied, as these kinds of dreams are difficult to study in a laboratory setting

Yes, you are psychic. The ability you speak of is called precognition, where you see the future. Precognition is the direct knowledge or perception of the future, obtained through extrasensory means. Precognition is the most frequently reported of all extrasensory perception (ESP) experiences, occurring most often (60 percent to 70 percent) in dreams. It may also occur spontaneously in waking visions, auditory hallucinations, flashing thoughts entering the mind, and the sense of "knowing."
I'm sure it is unsettling at times. I find it so. But you do get comfortable with it after a while. And life will still surprise you as you won't be precognitive about everything.
You can use the ability to your advantage and help others too, if you choose. For instance, before I take a road trip I think about the direction and roads I'm gonna travel. I "know" if there will be any traffic jams or not on the way. You can use the same technique for most anything in your life or to help others.
Understand that most religious folks and others out there look down on it because of their upbringing and beliefs. But, I'm sure you feel in your heart and know in your mind that there is nothing sinister about it. You came into the world this way. Don't allow anyone to give you grief about it.
There are some reputable on-line schools that can help you with your abilities.

Yes, once in a while. I told my husband to turn on the radio for me one time because there was a song playing that I wanted to listen to.
I dreamed about a tornado coming across the field straight at my house. For a year, this bothered me, as I thought about what I'd do. So when it really happened, I didn't hesitate, just did what I had to. Haven't had that dream since.
Some other little things.
