just a question would take silly answers as well?(i need a smile) I've been getting really depressed these few days (nothing to harm myself) just sad .I tried to find a solution but there is no problem. cant talk to anyone about it because there is no fondation to why i am feeling sad. sometimes I feel like someone is standing over me. I havn't been dreaming lately and I feel lost without my dreams any solutions?

Actually you are dreaming when you're asleep. It's just that your dreams aren't entertaining enough to remember them. You must play a lot of chess.
As to why you feel sad, well there is no need to have a foundation for that feeling. Sometimes you look around your environment, hear the news, see someone odd or with a problem and without you knowing, you feel some remorse. Why? Who knows. I figure that you have the ability to sense fellings more acutely and thus would be an asset to help others. And brother, do I need an asset.
No sweat. You'll start seeing things from a different perspective soon and when you ease the pressure on yourself, them your dreams will come in torrents. (I think!)

There is always a reason why a person feel sad and it could be spiritual if your a sensitive and your not protecting yourself or It could be the stress of daily life and feeling all alone. See when your very connected to the neg or positive things it bring you so down but let it take over. I feel 1 of your family member is thinking no well of you and I feel jealous as well. Pray please and put up your armor of protection. If you want a good prayer that will cleanse you let me know. Tell me this has things been moving faster then you can handle? Slow down and your protector will do the rest. LET GO AND LET GOD

the blues, try throwing yourself into a new activity. Tennis, biking, anything physical as exercise releives depression. As for your dreams, i don't know, sleep with the t.v on, maybe the plots will sink in and you think you were dreaming.

maybe seasonal, time will tell. if worse get help. want to cheer up, read hitch hikers guild to the Galaxies, Douglas Adams. made me not take things so seriously. intelligent escapism, but very funny. feel better.

Go have a night on the town, go hang with friends and just have fun. That always does wonders for my mental state.

go see your doctor. Depression is a serious illness and speaking to people about fairy tale horoscopes and psychic rubbish is not helping you at all.

See a doctor and look into why you are having these behaviors.
