I Have an Extremely close tie between FFVII. Zelda Ocarina of Time and Zelda Twilight Princess. Following Very Closly behind is Chrono Cross, Metal Gear Solid 3 and Xenosaga I have so many Favs its hard to narrow it down

Metroid Prime and it's sequel are also excellent games.
