Ya. Some of my friends started dressing more preppy lately and their whole attitude changes. I'm not against preppy clothes or anything because I'm into the stuff too, but it never affected my personality like it did them.

To some degree, yes. I know when I dress nicely, I am more confident around others (I'm fairly confident anyway, but it's better when I dress nicely). Also, I noticed that on days when I feel I'm really fat or I feel that others think I'm fat I'm less friendly (or at least more shy) to people because I think they're judging me, whereas on days when I think I look hot I am often more outgoing (well, at the same time sometimes more sarcastic). So definitely the way our look changes, but especially the way we view ourselves and think of others as seeing us, affects our personality.

The first person whom wrote an answer does not know anything!
Yes, as you et to know people thier looks change dramatically. I have thought before that some people were very pretty, then I got to know them, and since they were rude, thier looks changed to ugly! Others, who has been very ugly become more attractive as thier true personalities show.
