Well, I perfer Pepsi. Yes, there is a difference.
Difference in regular: Pepsi uses more sugar than Coke. The Fizz (or carbonation for the proper talkers) is more in Pepsi.
Difference in diet: Coke uses Splenda and sweet & low for the sweeteners, While Pepsi uses Equal. Pepsi edge though, uses a combination of Splenda and high fructose corn syrup as its sweeteners.
Difference in taste between Diet and Regular in general: Diet most definitely has more fizz (carbonation). Regular, because of the sugar, gives you that grindy feeling in your teeth (i.e. you feel like grinding your teeth after drinking it). Regular is sweeter though.

I like coke but Pepsi good to, I find Pepsi just a bit sweeter.

I perfer pepsi becase they have pepsi jazz which is so yummy!!! Also, I enjoyed the pepsi blue! It was actually blue, it stained my tongue though and it took me a while to get it to completely fade...
Is there a difference, do not know...

Cherry Coke...
And there is a difference..Coke has more sodium taste to it then Pepsi.

Yes there is, i was at a Food show once. And that had a Pepsi stand, where you could try to see if you could taste the difference.
I drink both from time to time, not to big on pop.

Pepsi of course!! Coke is to strong and makes my nose wrinkle.
