Due to some disappointing buyrates, and in particular the comparisons with UFC, Vince McMahon has decided to change the approach the company has for its pay-per-view shows.

I hope that WWE decides to end the split brands. Maybe the cross brand PPVs will establish this. With just one brand, WWE, there will be more competition for up and coming superstars and established stars, which basically means we would not have to watch John Cena vs. Edge every week, but we can see HBK vs. Kennedy or any other combination that the endof thebrand extension would bring.

I did not realize ufc was beating them on ratings. But it does not surprise me with wwe ratings getting beat when they have worthless talent like john cena. Vince just goes around picking out big muscle heads now and making them the face of the wwe. Cena, Batista, lashley. How about giving other people who deserve to be champion the oppertunity like randy orton.
