I had this dream, where I was standing alone, the sky is engulfed by a wave of molten rock so high that it blotches noon sun.
Right there you know that you and everything will die, it all ends in 10 seconds. What will you do?
For me, in the dream, I just stared at the ground as the noise, heat and darkness got closer and closer.

Ten seconds really isn't enough time to do anything. I suppose I would just watch it happen. If I had anyone near me I would give em a big hug, too. :)

I would look around me and see who was around me. If my love was standing next to me, I would gaze into her eyes and then kiss her goodbye.
If I were around my buddies I would probably just laugh and say goodbye.
If I were by myself I would be grateful for all the things I had done in my life. I would look up and smile knowing that even though I am dieing I have done enough in this life to be happy. I would whisper to those that I loved and then I would greet the oncoming doom with a sense of pride.

I would yell at Aliens for destroying earth to make a cool movie like ending. Then I would go to Mc Donalds and buy some fries. I know its only 10 seconds but they don't call it FAST food for nothing!

How would you know for sure you only had 10 seconds to live? i for one think thoughts of survival would run through my head, like how can i get passed this? What can i do? along with images of my family and my loving wife, and positive thoughts, that there is no longer any war, or famine, or politics. That the worlds fever finally cured itself from its virus, us.
