Your body will grow until the epiphyseal plates calcify and turn to bone, instead of cartilage. Generally 21 is considered the average age when that happens, although it's different for everyone. It depends on genes, nutrition, activity levels, injuries, etc.

Depends on the jeans. Everytime I wash them and then dry them in the dryer, I'm more taller by an inch.
